Deanna Simmons

Deanna is a legal secretary who has worked on and off for Mr Ozment since 2005. She is well versed in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy. She is a hard working team player and excels in client communication and interaction. Ms Simmons is a joy to have in the office.

Jeanice Colon

Jeanice is a legal secretary who has worked at Ozment Law for over 3 years. She has a knowledge in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Jeanice is bi-lingual and speaks English and Spanish fluently. She has always been an exceptional team player and is eager to help new and existing clients.

Wanda Davis

Wanda Davis is a licensed title agent, certified paralegal, and real estate broker. She has been working in the real estate business since 1990, and in the title industry since 1994. She was with Oz Title from 2006 to 2018, handling all aspects of real estate closings. Ms. Davis is now a partner at Ozment Realty and works full time as a Broker/Realtor handling all aspects of real estate from listing to contract through closing. Wanda is an extremely hard worker and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help our customers.

Veronica Wallach

Legal Assistant

We are happy to welcome Veronica back to our team.  She spent 7 years as a valued member of our team before taking a brief sabbatical, and we are happy to have her back running our Port St. Lucie satellite office where she meets with clients, drafts bankruptcy petitions, collections documents, payments and more.

Veronica is an extremely hard worker and will do whatever is needed to help our customers.

Denise Cruz

Denise serves as receptionist for the office. She is responsible for handling the front desk, greeting visitors, answering telephones, taking messages, and other administrative support functions. Denise is trilingual, she speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. Prior to joining Ozment Law, P.A., Denise worked as a Restaurant Manager at Cafe Flora in Palm Beach. She began working in the customer service industry in 2018, all while remaining a full-time student.

Jessica Abrue

We’re excited to welcome back Jessica Abrue, receptionist for our West Palm Beach location! Jessica previously worked with us from 2017 to 2020, where she became a familiar and friendly face for clients and staff alike. With her warm personality, strong organizational skills, and dedication to excellent service, Jessica is a valued part of our front office.

Evette Morales serves as receptionist of our Port St. Lucie office. With a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others, she ensures every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude make her an essential part of our team.
